Customer randomly facing issue with loosing audio intermediately

    They see following message on Heath Monitor which displays  “Audio diagnostics – Ping delay test failed”.

    Running Ping calibration from WUI under Audio helps in resolving this issue but they want this option to be provided on Phone instead of WUI for easy access. (Customer Accelya).

    Any option here?
