I have crashed Lifesize Cloud a couple of times trying to join a browser based call not realizing that I already had the thick client open. I know the easy answer will be to use the thick client if its running but its easy to forget that you launched it earlier on in the day when someone sends you a calendar or email invite. I'm not sure if the crashing is due to a webcam conflict but I've joined webapp meetings where the call doesn't fully establish, it just sits on a black screen where the call timer stays at 00:00 and on occasion the thick client has crashed. Could there be a smarter way of defaulting to the thick client when its running instead of allowing users to join via the browser? If I have made this mistake a couple of time, its bound to happen with our faculty.
