In this particular use-case we want to be able to easily determine whether a group of users has viewed a particular recording.
This was based on an issue I raised with service: management was asking for two things: who connected to the live stream while it was running (can get that from the dashboard, although it only shows the name they typed in as a guest viewer) and who has viewed the recording after the live stream (a share link was sent to employees who couldn't attend the live stream). It's understood that mainly only connecting IP info may be gleaned from the view/download of the recording, that may be enough to at least get a sense of the geographic location (assuming they're not using a VPN to anonymize their location).
Will post a separate request where admins could assign either a password or code (or a user name/pw combination) to view a shared recording.
