Chat alert while on a Cloud call.

    I am creating this feature request for a customer that wants an alert stating chat activity while in  a Cloud call. Currently, with the new Cloud application you have to minimize the video screen to see the alert that someone has sent a response to you over chat. While the video window is maximized, you cannot see the chat response alert until you drop the call or minimize the video screen. The customer would like some sort of pop up alert stating someone has sent you a chat response so you know to minimize the video window and respond to the chat response in real time.
