just in case this gets missed with the case i recently opened, i just discovered that when a user sets a passcode for their meeting room, it does not allow a Cloud administrator to edit that meeting room unless the passcode is deleted first.  It appears that passcode protected rooms get an elevated status that even a cloud admin does not have edit privileges to.  This is a little silly seeing as an admin can just remove a passcode, make the changes and then apply the passcode again but along with a recent discussion item that i just created, if the user happened to set a passcode that was less than 4 digits, i cant give them the same passcode seeing as the management console requires a minimum of 4 digits.
