Icon upgrade email - advanced warning required

    We have many customers who have Icons on a trolley, and they are often left disconnected overnight.

     

    This causes issues when an upgrade is pushed out, as the next time someone plugs them in to use them, if they miss the option to abort, they then have to wait for 30 minutes or so for it to complete.

     

    Nothing wrong with the way this works, but the notice given regarding upgrades is non-existent; the last email received warned of the upgrade, 1 minute after the window opened!

     

    Could emails be sent out in advance of these planned upgrades, so customers have a chance to ensure that their systems are connected?
