Currently it's only possible to view Lifesize Cloud Subscription Plans on the salesforce portal, but for a number of reasons, we'd also like DSS Subscriptions to be added.
This is vital for our support teams to be able to know whether customers are engaged, have set up their systems properly, and enables us to take the next steps in support, customer satisfaction & therefore happiness!
Without it we don't know whether customers are just seeing it as an extension of the old AMS or starting to realise the extra benefits of DSS.
This would be even nicer if DSS subscription status was available in the Cloud Admin Dashboard. When accessing endpoints in the Video Systems tab, subscription status would be quite useful there.
