As of now if PIP is enabled or disabled, it will remain until a change is made using the remote, Phone or command only on a call.
Using a check box to have this Admin PIP override an option to enable or disable.
(Example) A web interface override option for the Administrator that would allow them turn on (or off) PIP. Then allowing the end user to utilize the Phone or Remote to turn off (or on) PIP, during Presentation mode while not in a call. After Presentation (or call) is over have PIP revert to what the Admin has set initially.
