Need explicit error message when using non-supported browsers for Webapp

    When connecting to the Webapp using non-supported browsers, customer would need his users to receive an explicit message telling that the used browser is not supported. Today we simply show the Downloads page (which shows the IE and Chrome logos) but no explicit message showing that the browser is not supported.
