When pairing a system to Lifesize Cloud, you are given two choices for the role to pair your device. To associate the Unit to an "User" or as a shared "Conference Room".
After the device is paired, later, the Administrator may require or need the device to change its association roles. Currently, the only way to change from one association to the other is to preform a factory reset, go through the "Initial Configurations", then pair the unit back to Lifesize Cloud.
It would be ideal if there was an option on the manage portal to change the role from "User" to "Conference Room" and vice versa without having to preform a factory reset.
