This is a 2-part request about VMR limits on certain cloud plans.
1. It would be good to have a way to be notified when a VMR limit is close to and/or is exceeded. This could be in the form of an email and/or a clear notification on the management portal.
2. When a VMR limit is reached, it is possible to still create VMRs but they won't work. Therefore, a user can create a meeting (without knowing they have hit the limit!) without getting any notification that they have oversubscribed. Then, when they come to join the meeting, it doesn't exist.
Currently the process seems very manual.
