Increase virtual meeting room dial timeout

    When dialing a vmr from a codec which is not paired to the cloud, you have to first call a pop ip, then after the voice anouncement you only have few seconds to dial the VMR number. This is much too short for users who often get disconnected before having the time to start typing the numbers. Could we have a little more time before hanging up?
