Toggle Chime for PSTN Callers

    Currently, PSTN callers will hear a chime by default when users dial into a meeting. This is to alert the audio callers that someone has joined. 

     

    Some customers would like the ability to toggle this Chime alert to allow users to join without audibly alerting the other users. 

     

    Suggesting we add this toggle feature on the Account or VMR level for customers in the future.
