Flex Camera/Audio requires power cycle to work

I have a customer that is using LifeSize Flex with another software vendor for their boardroom.  Periodically when going to use the system either the camera is dark or the audio is dead.  It takes a full power recycle of the Flex to come back to life which is annoying.


Is there a remedy for this behaviour and does anyone else have the same issue?


For a premium priced Phone and Camera this is most disappointing from LifeSize, perhaps that's why they discontinued it?
