Remote User Cannot Receive Presentations

Have a remote user, that is having problems receiving presentations on his LifeSize Desktop. He can send them from his PC just fine, just not receive. Waiting to hear back on if he's updated his software, but I assume I should have him check to ensure the standard default ports (and port range) are open on his PC and router? Any Insight is welcome
