I did a demonstration on Cloud this week and a question I was asked was can the chat feature get recorded. I believe it can't but are there any plans to do so?
Chat conversations cannot be recorded. We do plan to offer 'chat persistence' where a user will be able to see their chat history and start the chat conversation on one device and pick up the conversation on another device, but we don't have plans for chat recording.

Chat persistence/history is in the clients (added in September). I'm not clear on what "Chat Recording" would be. Could you please clarify?
By "Chat Recording" I refer to the ability for the Cloud admin to access some sort of chat logs where he could retrieve any chats from any users.
