How can I troubleshoot a failed video call where Icon600 registered to Clearsea UVC ? Customer would like to know why they intermittently have failed calls, either during setup or during video conference.

Where can I find info about a historic failed video call ? In the logs if so which one ?

How would you troubleshoot this ?
