No audio comes out of line out port even when audio settings are set to line out only. Anyone else experience this?
This sounds like you need to open a case with post-sales technical support. You can do that at the http://www.lifesize.com/en/support/contact-support page. The support team will be able to take you through any troubleshooting needed before diagnosing whether this is a hardware issue needing a replacement and so on.
