Audio Calls

We have a Lifesize Cloud customer who wants all audio for multiway cloud audio calls on their icon to go through the Phone 2.

Currently this works fine when they are in a point to point audio only call with their icon and an audio only caller through Cloud. However if a third audio participant joins the call the audio then pushes out through the TV and the Icon actually starts sending video. If the third caller drops off then the audio stays through the TV

 

I noticed on my 220 if I dial another cloud end point via audio it automatically changes the call to video.

 

is this all expected behavior?
