Icon data not seen by far side only blank screen
We are not able to display through an Ipad as it is HDCP protected and we currently do not support HDCP.
I'm going to see if jgonzalez or one of his team can reach out to you, but there isn't really enough here to help you publicly in the community.
When this is resolved, would you please post the troubleshooting steps and resolution you were provided, if possible, back to the community?
I will be assisting you with your no video issue. Typically, when this occurs it is usually an issue with the far end firewall not having the necessary ports opened. Below is list of firewall ports that will need to be opened bidirectionally.
TCP - 1720
UDP - 5060
TCP/UDP - 60,000 - 64,999

It turns out that the data was from an iPad not a PC or Mac.Not sure why but the iPad out and Icon PC input did not play well together.When we switched to a PC viewing data was no longer a problem.
Anyone ever plug an iPad Mini into the data port on an Icon, what was your experience?
