Feature Request: In cloud App - Status of endpoint in use

While in the cloud app, can there be a status showing on an endpoint or user if they are currently in a call?  We have run into an issue where an express, icon or user have been in a call and a someone dials in when they shouldn't. 

 

EX:  In UVC Manager or older days of console; the system icon would should "up" for a current call

EX:  In clearsea the status light of "green" for an account saying you're online, would change to a phone symbol when in a call.

 

Problem:  this interrupts the current call, with "incoming call."
