I am having difficulty enabling the cloud service on my Team 220. I can tick the enable button but am not getting the URL to enter in to a browser. Any tips would be gratefully apprecitated
this seems to be a internet connectivity issue. Could you please confirm your environment, like are you using NAT, is the codec behind a firewall, are the dns properly configured?
Thanks for your reply. I have the 220 set up with a fixed IP and am not using NAT.
I have nothing entered for DNS server or hostname.
I am able to ping 18.104.22.168 from the diagnostics.
On the initial setup screen there is a small red cloud logo beneath the window where the URL should appear.
you should definitely configure your terminal with a DNS server for Lifesize Cloud to work
I will visit you at 11:30am today and we can sort this out.
If at all possible, can you post back how this was sorted when it is?
I had to do a system reset to get mine to work. Make sure you go through and make mote of all your settings and configurations because you do actually need to blow it all away and start fresh. Also know that once you do that your system will not answer calls to it's actual IP address anymore as it redirects all calls through the lifesize.com address which is 22.214.171.124.
