We already have a settings parameter on LS Cloud management portal to set the number of days to keep inactive meetings, can we also have similar setting for Video System connected to Cloud server.
In addition to what's already been covered here, if you did want to make a change to the functionality as I think you would, the way to request that is also through the Community.
All you need to do is to log a feature request by posting an "Idea" and once you’ve done that, others can upvote it and if we get enough interest the engineers will implement the feature. The product management team take a special interest in the ideas area Community.

yes, there is a setting in the management portal that you can use to determine how long inactive meetings are kept, currently for the endpoints we do not have that same feature. the default time for endpoints to un-register from Cloud, is 30 days of inactivity. In certain circumstances we give them an additional 15 days of inactivity.
