Icon + Phone - problem

Hi all,

 

Did you ever have problem with Phone 2 Generaiton? We have this case where the Phone is with "network initializing" status permanently? How to fix it? We`ve tryed to unplug Phone and reboot end point but without success. Link cabel should be fine cause we`ve tested this device before it was sent to customer for DEMO. Any thoughts?
