Hi All, is there an exact science to scheduling upgrades in Lifesize manger? I haven't had a single upgrade performed successfully since we started using it, never had issues when we used control. Upgrades do not look like they are even attempting to start, they just switch to red "failed" at the time the upgrade is set to start. Is there something basic that I'm missing here? I seem to be able to schedule calls fine but upgrades always fail. The reason stated for the failures are "invalid license" the majority of our codecs are still under maintenance but we have a few older codecs that are not under maintenance contracts.
