We made a reset in our ICON 600 and after we cant register our video in lifesize cloud.
Any ideia to solv this question?

I hope you would have resolve the issue with the help of the documents shared in earlier post, if issue persist share the screenshot (initial setup stage) or sequence where it stop registering to Cloud.
While I am sure the documents address this - if you are sure the ip settings are correct (mask and gateway especially), check that you have DNS fields set or override them to a known dns server like google's 18.104.22.168 and retry.
