This doesn't happen regularly but a handful of times, we have had issues with clients from other institutions not able to fully register to our Clearsea server. This is obviously an outbound firewall issue on their end but I'm wondering what port our issue would fall under. In every case that we have encountered registration issues, the client is able to download and install the client software (that rules out port 80), they are able to sign in but they are signed in as "offline". I believe the issue has to do with port 35060 (client sip signaling). I'm guessing its not 443 because the clients are able to sign in with their assigned credentials. Can anyone verify this?
