Registering device to email in Manager

Hi all,

We are running Platform 3.0, Mutlipoint 2.0 and Icons 600

 

I am trying to register devices to their Exchange Maibox in order to use the scheduler and have device call automatically.

 

I keep getting "Unable to register  'email address' for the device, on all devices.

 

I validated that OWA is accessible for all devices.

I'm trying to figure out where the error is, but i can't find in which logfile this process is being reported.

 

Any idea where i could find the log?
anyone has been able to register a device to it's email in Manager?
