LG Executive  - How to resolve error - Check Signal Cable

Picture of error posted.  We have an LG Executive in use as a stand alone video unit.  No PC is connected to the device.  Can't find user documentation for it.  The error indicates "Check Signal Cable".  I believe this is due to the unit expecting a PC connected to it and is showing the input error.

 

The device is 6 hours away at a remote office and I am trying to avoid sending someone to check it.  I believe there is an Input button on the right side of the monitor that could toggle the input request and resolve the error showing, but want to make sure if this is the case.

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

 

If anyone has the documentation for the LG Executive it would be greatly appreciated as well.  We have not been able to find it on the support website.
