End user wanting to usage reports of Cleasea services, how many calls over a month period, average duration etc.
Currently I'm taken the CDR files for the period, using excel to create list of calls made, very time consuming

I have asked about this myself, never really got a solid answer. I've been copying and pasting call records from each account into a spreadsheet but for some odd reason call records will not let you expand beyond the last 20 calls even though there is an option to expand up to the last 100 records. I'm not sure if 3.0 adds any improvements for obtaining call records, we haven't upgraded yet.
