Hi All ....a client wants us to help administer their account but doesn't want us taking a user license. Is this possible somehow?
There isn't a lot of day to day management in the portal, beyond checking the dashboard for usage. Most of the capabilities are also available to end users, (eg. creating meetings, inviting new users, etc). The rest is typically initial set up.
That said, every Cloud account "counts" towards the total number of licensed named users. Depending on your relationship with the customer, perhaps they would be willing to share credentials with you for the purposes of administration?
