Far end video freezes when the presentation stream is taken down. The only way to make another call is to reboot the whole system. Any ideas where to start with this issue?
There a couple of different ways to tackle this issue but would like to receive a little more background first. Does this normally occur with only this far end participant or others as well? Also what bandwidth are you originally using to make the call and does this occur when sending different types of presentation? IE.. a video, or a still image of laptop's desktop. We will normally try to troubleshoot individually with user but these are some things you can try.
1. Lower the bandwidth when making the call.
2. Try a different presentation source
3. Test with another far end user, or have far end test with another video call as well to help narrow down root cause.

I had the same issue. Resetting the unit to factory defaults and updating the firmware did the trick for me.
