Is that possible?
Just to clarify. Do you have the Standard 10 users Cloud subscription? If yes, you can have a maximum of 25 participants in a Virtual Meeting Room or escalated call. With Premium and Enterprise accounts this was raised to 40 way.
With the 10 pack, you can any mix of participants up to 25. For example, all 10 of your subscribers plus 15 guests. Also, you can have 1 subscriber and 24 guests. Guests can be on H.323/SIP video systems or using the Lifesize Cloud guest app (Web App, Mobile or Desktop).
The guests are dialing into Cloud. As long as they have sufficient bandwidth to the Internet they will be fine. They do not have to have a public IP address in the case of calling out to Cloud.
Yes, Gabor, the license count is for registered users and does not limit guests.
So I can have my 10 registered users + 30 guests or external H.323/SIP devices with public IP in one meeting room?
Currently I have no subscription and my question refers to the Premium and Enterprise ones.
Thans for clarifying, I have the answers now.
Sounds good. Just use 40 for 25 above in the examples for the number of users in one multiway call.
