How do I do that?
You can place a test call from the thick client (mac/windows), iOS, Android, the web (as long as you are not a guest), and the icon by typing testcall as the dialing string.
The test call lasts approximately 15 seconds and then repeats what has been recorded.
This will allow you to test your voice and video settings.
Is there a way for guests to perform test calls similar to registered users? Maybe a test room that a cloud admin can set up for the groups of users they manage? I think it would be helpful when the guest/registered user performs the test call for the test to automatically collect diagnostics that the cloud admin could have access to.
Similar to this, could there be a lifesize cloud website that one could go to to test their system, i.e., bandwidth, camera, microphone, almost like a pre-flight check? Something like what Adobe Connect has?

It would be nice if it was something quick one could run to ensure their call will be the best given their environment.
