My Lifesize Cloud Webapp is not working. When making a video call to an Icon or even VMR on Cloud, I get no video and the call disconnects after 15 seconds.
We have moved the new Web App into the Lifesize Cloud ecosystem which has a different series of port requirements than the old guest flow.
We are now restricting the range to the default Lifesize port requirements found here.
IP addresses used are the same node addresses we list in the Web Console.
Have you checked your Firewall has all the necessary ports open to allow connection?
It worked fine last week or so. Also the old WebRTC client works fine.
i am also researching this same issue, i will let you know what i find.
Those of you that were experiencing the 15 second disconnect issue, were you able to get this resolved? If so, what did you do to rectify it?
