Lifesize Cloud Teleconferencing

We just encountered the following issue where if a participant dials into a VMR from their telephone they are disconnected after about 10 seconds with a recording saying "unable to connect to the conference because MCU resources are not available".  This seems new as we have been using the teleconferencing portion of Lifesize Cloud VMRs and may prevent unwanted utilization of resources but wanted to see if others have experienced this as well.  The work around is for someone to call into the VMR as a video participant and then the telephone participants aren't disconnected.
