We got reported by a reseller that they have massive issues with dial in to cloud meetings via PSTN.
They have mixed conferences including up to 20 voice only participants.
We already opened a case (00229743) for that issue. The capacitys we were told there for PSTN dial in are very low for my understanding.
Are there plans to increase those? What is happening if the needed capacity is higher than the available one. People not able to connect is probably the worst situation for a cloud service.
