Chat synchronization on Lifesize Video Desktop and Mobile applications

I think there is a problem with the synchronization between the desktop and the mobile versions of Lifesize Video Applications.

When sending messages from the desktop app, I get the same ones on the mobile app. However, when sending them from mobile, they don't appear on the desktop app.

Furthermore, even though the messages I sent from the desktop app where synchronized on my mobile, these ones appear in a new chat window marked with the extension of the recipient while the ones sent directly from my mobile appear in a window marked with its name.
