Been trouble shooting an issue with one of my Icon's. I am able to get into the Admin menu. I am not able to make a call from this End Point to another End Point via my RMX nor through the Call Manager. Compared all menu settings with another Icon that is functioning correctly. Here are some screen shots of what I am seeing. My next thought is to have a tech at the location RESET set the unit. Warm booting (Restart) is not having any effect.
