Does't the Web App work without camera and microphone?

Hello,

 

We have some guests trying to join a meeting using the web app but their Chrome shows "Failed to connect" and asks to give Life Size permission to access the camera and microphone.

When they give permission and reload the page, it still doesn't work.

 

They plan to watch the meeting and join by phone.

 

Is it possible to use the web app without those devices?
