Express220 is running latest 5.0.7 firmware
It registers into CS and works a treat, just can't get the directory shown...
All users/groups have privileges to see each others.
Please make sure that under SIP > SIP Server Type you have selected Lifesize Clearsea.
I'm attaching the doc for the system here. Have you made sure the directory function is enabled on the 220?
Sorry, if this is basic and you've already tried. Procedures can be found on pages 48-51.
In chatting with one of the support reps here, there are a number of steps outside of just registering the unit. I think your best bet might be to call or create a ticket for our support reps to walk the process with you.

Such a rookie mistake.....SIP server type was set to Auto when it should be Lifesize Clearsea....
