This may just be a coincidence but I have found that I've had more audio issues with clients on lifesize video compared to when we were using clearsea. I have been noticing that lifesize video defaults to auto for the microphone and speakers and in many cases the auto setting is not the clients proper device. I have had this happen even with users that are using the built in speakers and mic on a laptop. Maybe I've just hit a streak where some of our clients have messed around with their settings or use multiple devices but it seems that I'm explaining the procedure for switching between devices more often than I used to. Has anyone else noticed an uptick of users that are running into this issue as well on LifeSize Video? I had two clients today that I tested with earlier this week in which I had to explain how to switch between devices, when they connected again today, their settings appeared to be set back to auto.
