Created a user on lifesize video with unlimited participants, but when I try to dial into it i get a "the meeting is full try again later" message. Any ideas why that would happen?
Could you please elaborate more on the unlimited participants aspect? Depending on your subscription size you will be limited on the number of participants in a meeting or multiway call. Standard subscriptions have a limit of 25, Premium is 40 and Enterprise is 50.
our company has the enterprise subscription. ok so when i dial into the meeting or multiway call that i set up it to test, it states the room is full. why would it state it is full when no one is in the room?
