We have LifeSize Passport 2 and LifeSize Focus.
Today we switch on the passport, but camera doesn't initialize in the system and blinks red and purple light. (Two times purple and one red).
Any body know what does it means?
Does not sound good, I would try a factory or system reset if you can still access the web interface. If you can't do it through the web, you should be able to perform a reset by holding the reset button down on the back of the unit.
If the issue is not resolve after the factory reset, upgrade the Passport to the latest firmware with the Focus camera connected. If all these steps are done and the issue still exist, please raise a Support ticket (http://www.lifesize.com/en/support/contact-support) as mostly likely the Focus camera needs to be replaced
After some time camera began work correct, but it is strange.
Because this is not first time...
I can't contact with support, my support contract is expired.
