We have installed a new Phone HD on our Icon 800.
The Phone HD is extremely sluggish and slow.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the new Phone HD?
Marius, sounds like a support case would be in order. My 600 is running the exact same Icon and Phone build and not exhibiting that condition. Other factors such as using the LifeLink adapters could be a factor but support should be able to isolate the cause.
Is the 800 running software version 2.8.1 or higher? This is a requirement for Phone HD support. I have been using the Phone HD on a 600 for about a week and have not experienced a delay (it is in fact more responsive that the second generation phone it replaced).
The Icon 800 is running version 2.8.3 and the Phone HD is running LS_PH3_6.1.1 .
The issue is specifically when scrolling through the menus. For example, when a call is connected and you want to scroll to the call statistics icon, you happen to place your finger on the "record" button as an example and swipe. The response is too slow and the unit then sees it as a press and starts recording or access the button wherever you pressed to scroll (if you know what I mean).
