far end content always freeze

Our customer notice that for all the sessions with the university in the USA, the shared content from the far-end will freeze after a few slides. The Powerpoint slides are shared from a Mac device in the USA.

 

Are these slides freezing issues documented? If yes, what’s the solution?

 

ICON registered with Cloud. But far end is using different brand of VC system.
