I've noticed that the Cloud Client on iOS 9.2.1 (iPhone 6 and 6s) does not work using some bluetooth headsets. Don't know if this happens on earlier software versions.
Have tested with Beats by Dre and Plantronics.
It tries 3 times on call start to initialise the headset but we get no audio out or mic in. These headsets work fine when on a phone call. Just fails on Lifesize Cloud.
Tested same headsets on android (samsung) and both headsets work fine.
When should we expect to see an update on the iphone app? Seems to be lagging quite a bit on the development side. Even some control over which audio device the client uses would be nice. Mobility is a very large part of the value prop in cloud and the issues we are seeing lately (calendar, bluetooth issues) is really starting to become a detractor from the product.
