I'm brand new to this site and to some of the technology, so I'll do my best to articulate as best as possible and help wherever I can.

I have a mix of LS-100,200 and mostly 220 endpoints.  They all register to a Cisco VCS.  We were using Lifesize Control to manage the endpoint directories, but had a very limited amount of licenses.  We have also looked into UVC, but understand there's a short life span for supporting the product and believe it's EOS.  We were proposed Lifesize Cloud, but our firm is not ready to go in that direction.  My question is what other options are there to be able to solve this problem?  I have read it is possible to do this in-house and using open LDAP?   Does anyone have any details they can provide that can guide me in getting this working?
