Lifesize Cloud and Bluejeans : language issue

Hello,

since the migration of our xpress220/Icon600 cameras to lifesize Cloud, Bluejeans is not able to locate properly where the call come from and display its gateway in languages which are not related to the location of the camera.

We don't have a clear view of the proxies, data flows and signaling flows in use to explain this behaviour. Is there a way to modify some parameters in order for Bluejeans to locate calls from an English Server? English by default would be acceptable.

 

Note :

our infrastructure includes 96 xpress220 and a dozen of Icon600

We do not use UVC clearsee (all cloud, our only administrative tool is on manage.lifesizecloud.com)

Some Bluejeans calls from France, Spain, UK and even USA are answered in German
