Antes usaba LifeSize cloud con una cuenta, pero al parecer ya no me reconoce la cuenta y obvio menos la contraseña, en este caso es volver a hacer una cuenta de prueba o como recupero la cuenta anterior????
It sounds like you need your password reset. Please call support or chat via the online chat on the home page of community (https://community.lifesize.com).

And try several times, but when I try to recover the password, or message appears telling me that "The account does not exist," if I were not the derecognised or pass !!!
You'll need to get in touch with Lifesize Support directly (see the http://www.lifesize.com/en/support/contact-support page for that) so that they can look in to your account - don't forget to include the email address of the account you're trying to use with Lifesize Cloud so that they can look up your details to see what's gone wrong.
